Terms and Conditions

1. No refunds are applicable once items are sold.
   
   
2. Payment must be completed once items are received.
   
   
3. Item exchange allowed for the same design but with different sizes and colors. Available only within UAE, courier expenses for return services are covered by the client.
   
   
4. Reporting, requesting an exchange, or alteration must be informed within 48 hours after receiving the shipment according to the tracking system.

2. يجب إتمام الدفع عند إستلام الشحنة.
   
   
3. سياسة التبديل يشمل المقاس و اللون فقط من نفس التصميم ( داخل دولة الإمارات فقط ) بحيث يغطي العميل مصاريف الشحن.
   
   
4. يجب أن يتم الإبلاغ عن تبديل أو التعديل خلال 48 ساعة من إستلام الشحنة.
